SACHRU, in collaboration with the Department of Public Health, Flinders University, Adelaide, conducts a workshop program as part of its commitment to providing training and support in research, needs analysis and evaluation to workers in community health and other primary health care agencies. A series of training workshops is developed from a community health perspective and are intended to give an introduction to research and evaluation in community health. Program content is regularly updated to reflect current trends and changes in health services.

SACHRU staff also contribute to seminars and short courses run by the Department of Public Health, Flinders University, Adelaide.

Update: SACHRU recently commissioned a brief review of workforce development needs in the SA Primary Health Care workforce. The report will guide our training and development program over the next two years. View the report here
